The only bad thing about the server is have to wait 5 days for opening ^^

Haven't tested, but can you level up snow shield with INT build, then "restat" into STR with snow? If so, it will probably be abused, since by default full STR have not enough base stats for even lvl 1 snow shield.

Actually I have tried out the builds and you can even get lv40 snow with a hybrid bow and a FB set since lv40 snow needs only 210 INT points which in my opinion should change becuase with 199 INT for lv20 snow any PURE str can obtain it with a will set+PREM
