You can try to change dekstop resolution, then start silkroad and then change it.. it worked for me !

GM when i try to log in, ip exceeded limit, i logged 0 accounts...

google chrome didnt work, explorer worked, Its maybe just fail in my computer ;)

Delete your temppath folder and the client to your anti virus exceptions
