HP/MP is determined by the server based on your stats, etc, not sure why it's even in the database, perhaps a leftover from a previous version or something.

The db.auth.server and log.ip should be 127.0.0.1 always.
Don't forget to use RappelzCompress after having saved the changes.
Additional you should download the fixed mobspawn-files for preventing those "Unable to respawn monster group[...]"-errors.
I forgot where the download was posted, use the search-button.

i found that u need ur static ip rather then that for it to work.

I had to use my WAN IP in gameserver.opt/eop to connect to my server (on a different box) and for others to connect to my server. You can use LAN IP in all other area's but the gameserver.opt. In my expirience at least.

ok id like to point out a static lan is for converting your LAN from a router DHCP network to static for advanced applications.
a static ip is the same as a dynamic which 99% of u have execept dynamic ips randomly change.statics ip's dont change ever and cost slightly more.
static lan means only someone in your home network can connect from a nother pc say a lan cafe or a lan party
static ip means anyone from the net can connect.
it requires more then just setting a static u can also use a dynamic but you have to know how to set it all up for it and im not getting in to all that at present.
as for using static to connect your auth?
always use 127.0.0.1 its local default for web applications i mean in some instances tetris is right.
i just prefure to keep it simple.
and as im pointing out dont get the 2 confused as when u do u confuse others there completly diffrent.

In my case my server is hosted on another box, not the PC I am on. Since its not on the same computer that I am running the game itself off of, I have to use WAN IP in gameserver.opt. You all can get your WAN by going to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Other than that, I cannot explain how the networking aspect of it works better than wisp66 just did.

anyone know how to fix this problems?
maybe this one can explain it.

(search bring nothing usefull)
Server is running on my root, but i dont know how to fix, rappelz is new to me.

/Edit: @ testing: you cant read i think ( i have use the search ;) )
And pyrok need nothing to share, but maybe he can give tips to fix or something.

search is your friend. but to save you some trouble this time. it is not fixed and unless you can figure it out yourself you will have to wait for the next release like everyone else.

pyrok has already announced that its fixed but it wont be released until the time is right, because there is so much more that needs fixing and i guess its being held back to stop silly questions like this repeatedly being asked.

id tend to never run any server on a root make a virtual drive or use a 2nd drive if possable
something that allows connection but is limited to that drive space.
same for a webpage anything thats on the root of your hardrive directory is just asking for issues if your ever hacked they can get access to your complete pc threw a root directory
hince why offical installs in program files and not c:/

i know thats a little risk, but i running other p server on a root and i know what i doing.
and when i will be hacked, i have good lawyer´s to clear it.
2 times my root where failed hacking by kiddis, now they have learned what shit they do ;).
and the root has enough power to let more ppl online.
the server running now 3 days without any crash, only the fixes be missing.
