If you have your xbox linked to your cod acc then you will be fine to use the items , a spoofer is needed if you have previously received a ban on call of duty due to new accounts you make being shadow banned or you use a spoofer to hide your real hwid so if you do get a ban then you will be safe from shadow ban hope this helps
