leveling isnt really that challenging... Friend exp is fully working on it, makes it easy to level especially when someone OH's or uses exp recs. The chinese or gibberish is being fixed. Some Npc's are already partially translated.Quote:

Leveling is nominal still challenging though you can get to 30+ rather quickly just by doing the starter mission.
ZP is challenging, maybe to challenging might want to raise it to 10/20 on weekends or during events.
Gear is made through leveling up via missions or finding it on your own, might get lucky to buy some elite gear.
Pilot Rank is the same as Evo (Apoc) Online, you get to CiC (Lt. Gen: 1-187) within a few seconds.
PvP can be accomplished anywhere, since the required pilot rank is Maj (Major).
Everything is in gibberish (Chinese), since you're using the Crypton Client you should know that when they implemented the 190 gears patch 2870-71 everything reseted back to Chinese all items and npcs are fubarded, that's the reason they had to wipe there players characters.

True, that's why I'm thinking of making the exp to normal, since the friend exp helps a lot. With the friend exp it become too easy to level, so most likely a change will happen. This is a BETA, so changes are most likely to happen.Quote:

New Patch coming out for MechWar, and please do not apply the patch before the Maintenance. The patch contains a new worlds.dat so it connects to the new VPS, so things should run smoother now. CAP has been increased to 100, although no one can get there yet. There has also been some changes on the chat list. For the patch and more info visit our Forum. Also, we have our own killer custom website. This should all take place during maintenance.

Everyone should give this server a try, im pretty sure everything works on this server, friend exp, recorders, missions, core lottery, regular lottery, offline training. How can you go wrong with a server that has all of this WORKING? lol

Everyone that downloaded the patch before Maintenance at 12:00AM PST. Please re-download the patch, we made a big mistake on the worlds.dat in the patch. But it is fixed now, so all you need to do is re-download the patch. Sorry for the inconvenience.

190 gears and [PM]s have already gotten the opposite class units to work, so its just a matter of time before players can have them ^_^

This is frickin sweet, I hope more people see the great potential this server has!
The only two things that really need to be fixed is leveling, and 100 + mobs dropping zp! I Can reach level 180 in a matter of minutes if I have the right friends ;).
so new players better come quick if they want that level boost before it's fixed. :P
