it doesnt change the speed.

try to spam ur skill, push your same skill quickly, and u will see the different, :)

ok guys so i downloaded this ct files used cheat engine to open them. Now can any1 tell or make a guide how to make them work. From what i read i understood that it doesnt work just like that evry1 needs to change something, so can some1 actualy tell us what to do.

How to Smart Edit

first search the lvl address

Chose "Recalculate all addresses".
Press "Change to address" and type in YOUR level address.
Press "Change" and done..

cloud how can i make the no cooldown work.. after i open the ct file in c.e so whats next do i need to scan or do something else thanks in advance

smart edit first, follow the guide that already i give, after that, set the trigger to 2 and no cooldown to 1
