darkorbit 5.3 beta ? Better to make in september 6.0 more new things more realistic everything.. ;P

I will like if there is a spaceball with aegis that works but thats not possible so just asking ;) but good luck.

If you need help ask me but im now in a lazy mode so sorry sometimes i will help.

Just pressing Esc and Yes to quit saves it automatically... it has done since version 2.0!!

No .. Autosave is since by Version 5.3 ..
5.1 5.2 pressing h at the Base and a Button on the keyboard its save

Get version 5.2 and watch your do.sav and savegame.sav update every single time you quit the game...

Does this have all the problems with drone formations no longer working etc and the Home key not being Ranking etc.?

Or is this a newer bug free beta than the one that other guy just posted up?

I'm not sure ^^ I don't remember. But i think it's the same version, because he copied it ^^

Autosave has been implemented since version 5.1. It was made to automatically save every 30 seconds.

It's probably the old-bugged-beta, since I haven't released any other beta.

Make sure you're running the game as administrator. It seems to have issues saving when you don't.

Ok, sorry if these have been reported but so far the only issue I see is:

-Home says jump to 1-4 instead of Ranking Points (as does Numpad 0)
-The numpads dont seen to work (i normally have my drones on numpad)
-The letter B hides the HUD just like F12 but not configurable (i.e. my B is set to normal formation but hides/shows hud AND changes formation)
-The texts are different for credits/uri, i.e. LF4 says "this will cost 50,000 credit" then says "you dont have enough uri"

Though big thumbs up for elite stuff being Uri, was too easy to get UFE within an hours play lol

heres a tip on how i normally get it to save. delete all the save data, both DO2 and savegame. start the game, and select "new game". start the game, play 5 mins or whatever and then exit (go to base and buy something, anything before you exit). after you exit, open it again and see if it worked. always does for me this way (you exit after 5 mins to be sure it actually saves, since you dont want to play 30-60 mins and end up seeing it not save again). hope this helps, and other than that, you can exit the game at ANY point and it will save :D

Also rider, it seems if you die in GG, you change comp to mmo after you enter again...(so i died in beta for example as vru, go back in, throughout im mmo and at the end spawn as mmo...just something to report for you). loving the version still :D

dunno if you will do that or not :P up to you, since it doesnt save, you got nothing to lose.
and im a player too genius, but when i finish the game i get bored and restart and make it more challenging (change the game rating lower and lower) :P hope it works anyway :)
