High rates, populated, no reborn system, avaible EGY stuff, with enough player to farm those.
Farmable are coins from mobs is a big+, and Job system too.
Most important thing is, NO REBORN SYSTEM.

Fix player base, not one which died after the first few weeks.

I don't want it to be a vote-to-win server.

Searching for a server with:
-90,100 or 120 (with or without eu doesn't matter)
-Active players (as much as possible lets say more than 300 active player)
-Mid or high rate server
-Most of all long term i dont wanna change server every single month

-Rebirth system (seriosly who made that nonsense)

Dire Sro but pc limit 8 and pc limit for silk 2 good and gm's active but not 200 player i think because it's new

Looking for:
+Low or Very Low rates (15x or less);
+Preferable Current iSRO/SRO-R files, because all builds/weapons dmg are well balanced here;
+CHN and EURO;
+Cap: ANY cap would be nice, but preferable 100-120;
+Account limit 2-3;
+Many ways to obtain the final gear.

I dont wanna:
+Autoequip system;
+Coin system (if there is another way to obtain the final gear and not only with COINS, no problem for coin system);
+Magic Pop Cards;
+Silk per hour or vote.

What i don't care:
- botting allowed or not, i don't care

What i don't want:
- Pay2win (it's nice if they can donate for some benefit, but not op devil, premium)
- Silk/coin only from uniques (hello all the wizards, is there any blader playing?)
