Support was overloaded within the last 24 hours due to our server host for the loader going down. We had to find a new server host & our support tickets exploded. Over 1.000 tickets in 10 hours for just two people to handle. The support is not usually like that at all
As for the updates yes we currently require four KB updates to be removed to use PO. This is very temporary. PO has never required this in the past but I want to implement something new before we proceed with Windows updates. Once we announce you can resume Windows updates, you will never need to pause them again
If you would like a full refund while you wait, you can make a ticket for that. No problem
As for the cheat though, I think you'd enjoy our CS2 cheat. Maybe you would consider reading my updated guide on how to remove the updates properly. If you don't want to do that, a full refund is of course something you can get

It's pretty bad timing. We go years without ever requiring updates paused and now we do when entering the CS market. Once I push this fix (which is in testing) to live, it will be over forever. No more pauses just as it was before
We of course offer full refunds to anyone who doesn't want to stay financially invested while they wait

I do think I'm a "real" developer. If I wasn't a "real" developer I would imagine that I wouldn't be the only public popular COD provider which has never once had a detection all these years. I do not believe requiring some KB updates to be uninstalled changes my status. If it does, know that it will be over soon
If you are not satisfied with needing to remove updates, you may make a ticket for a full refund while you wait for the real fix
