Getting a leader will be hard because so many people think they are the best. Also, everyone wants to own their own private server. That's why all these random people started to make them in the first place. And they are shitty too. Only the people that are dedicated, and actually enjoy sitting down and coding sh*t to make their server custom to themselves will be successful in the long run.
