The mod part allows you to assign a different action based on your key modifier such as shift which would be [mod:shift] for example. Not sure why it's used without a modifier but everyone seems to use it anyway. Try:
/castsequence [mod]Wild Strike;reset=target/10 Heroic Strike, null
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,2,3,4,5,Heroic Strike
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,2,3,4,Raging Blow
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,2,3,Colossus Smash
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,2,Bloodthirst
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,Execute
/castsequence reset=0.3 Battle Shout
/cast [combat] Recklessness

You can change the skill names to be in the order you want or remove unneeded ones. I didn't test this at all so I'm not sure if it works.
