[Release] SeaBot 3.1

I think i have to clarify the question about proxy:

SeaBot doesn't use Proxifier to change your IP, it just create an internal proxy in order to capture packets from the SeaFight client, so your public IP will remain the same and they can't see it.
I think this new policy is for user who used a proxy to change their location and buy packages for lower price, that's not the same thing, so don't worry about it ;)

Right clik on Icon Proxifier (bottom-right corner of the screen) > go to Profile > Advanced > Proxification Engine > Go to 64-bit subsystem > Change HookType to "Module Copy".
