[Release] ID Changer / Effect Changer

For some reason it doesn't show up after I open S4. Using windows 8.1 64 bit
and yes, I did download net framework 4.5 and c++ redistruable.
Anybody knows how to fix this? thx

11.04.2015 the IDM doesn't work ;) when i paste the code and press "check" it says
Cannot download file and then i press ''ok'' and then it says
Cannot open file.

If that happens just put off your antivirus at checking and it should work !!

that isn't fixing it for him, he even have tryed setting his windows back a few hours when it didn't happen.
But yet it's still happening, i'm kinda confused.
I'm chatting to him on skype and trying to help but yea.
None of my ideas yet have helped, he could try downloading AIO if he didnt do that yet.

sometimes the idm > more 's hack features dont work. do i have to rejoin the room for it to work.?
