put npc in samarkand to repair weapons and same for cons

my suggestion its buff ice imbue,ice nukes same as lighting, im a 4int 1str cold spear ,force and the damge just sucks, so i do say make ice even as light,

ohter suggestion add vigor grains back to monster let them drop , i tryed pvp and got 2 shotet

and change the force nerf, it never hits on monster or in pvp, ,cant you increase the cooldowns of force
