then you need to download and install Windows Installer 3.1 and 4.5 then download and install WindowsXp SP2 and SP3 then download and install Framework Net. 2.0 then 3.5.. thats how i did it to work, but only did all that cuz my comp used to only run on SP1, depending on what Window XP you running on then download the latest from what you're running on

He said beta was just for testing purposes. He purposely uploaded it to a crappy place because he didn't want a lot of people using it, just a few to help him test it.
