Winhex skill editing made easy[Most servers]

when i use Palpus (hacked) i do dmg at sec but when that green goes when i again use it that don't deal dmg only writing at chat "You use skill "palpus" " something like that but it dont do dmg after some time (around 10 secs) i do again the magic with dmg and after the same... someone know how to fix it ? :@
