I doubt it i got UAC Disabled but its worth the try,

it worked for me cuz i have win 7 so everytime i want to go on client mode i need to run ribot as admin if not i will get that error your getting

at server sign error..
1. or your client is not uptodate
2.or your bot is not uptodate
3.or you typed something wrong when you directed it.(ip/port /etc)
