Installed era, saw the directory era and then oh it is era
Installed classic, saw the directory classic and then oh it is classic

I am not sure to take people seriously or not. In the world of warcraft folder, it shows what people installed. Then what do they do? Take the wrong one. Then make post after post it does not work.

That is seeing the installer for firefox. I am using windows, so I will take the masos one instead. Then complain that it does not work. That is literally the same as people are doing.

Anyone else getting this invalid error trying to open after downloading? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Trying to install the Addon part "RXP Leveling Guides, extract to addons folder".

Would this be the correct file for Anniversary server?

Well of you looked up the error.
It would be showing that you are trying to extract a .rar file. With software that only extracts a zip.

The file is not the issue.
What you are using is and you are using windows extractor.
I did have in the first post, to use 7zip or windows extractor. But people never read it.
Take the file and run.
Does not work.
Then they say something.

Anniversary. Well you downloaded the era client. You installed the eta client. You download the era guides.
It clearly shows what you downloaded in the wow folder.

You are using windows extractor. That only extracts .zip and not .rar. You never used any other software?

If you did it would clearly say, windows extractor does not extract .rar files. But people still keep on using it.

Just an FYI to all those with unzipping issues, 7-zip is the way to go, never had any issues whatsoever with any addons extracted with this app.

I never had any issues with winrar in 25 years personally.

Yeh everyone has their good experiences, I guess I found some elements of winrar behind a paywall unless things have changed over the years, just another option for some people :)

Winrar is just trialware.
Companies pay to use it.

Anyone who wants it free just closes the trial box and it the trial is never ending. So it is also free.

I have been using WinRAR to create my files for the past 25 years. Due to its settings, 7zip and others do not.

I even suggest to use

7zip
peazzip
winrar

Or anything else.

But people keep on using windows extractor. Then says it does not extract and do not look up the error. Showing it does not extract .rar.

Thanks for uploading the TSM stuff. For someone that hasn't used it before could you please help out with where the strings and import codes for things like operations are meant to go?

Can someone explain it to me please as there's quite a lot of imports.
