dude you have no idea what you are talking about hash they can make it to where you can use the vip ya know just like retail now you cant use any out side programs and run the game you will get dced right away. also if you know how to code go fucking do it then its not easy work takes time and a lot of things are needed if its so easy then why don't you go code a 9.1 gs and release it here oh wait you cant.

Since it would appear that this has gone on long enough. I'm just gonna spill the beans, xXExiledXx is going to college, he thought he would have more ready before this point. Unfortunately a combination of his school and a bug in the auth emu have delayed (maybe permanently) those plans.

So: On behalf of xXExiledXx and Project Revelation I'm announcing the (currently) indefinite suspension of Project Revelation. (unless otherwise stated by xXExiledXx himself)

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. It's impossible for anyone here to know my IP and MAC address to a computer I have never used to post on this forum which uses a connection I have not used to post on this forum.

Why the fuck would I waste my time coding a private server? I have a real job and make real money. I don't need to rely on begging for donations from running a private server to live on.

And just like I thought this forum topic is a complete waste of time. It would never take anyone competent this long to release a rappelz private server. Even if you had to start from scratch.

I have given the files to a friend and he is considering running the server.

I won't imply you don't know how hard it is to get a running online game stable and bug free but honestly ...

I was working on changing an OpenFoam Solver from finite differences to finite volume method. In theory I only had to change the way the solver behaves when starting up (initial condition values, boundary values, and others). What sounds like a job of 1 hour took me 25 hours straight. Why? Because when I finished the solver file, I had to configure the mesh file, had to configure the data processing methods and so on.

Ah well....

guys dont feed the troll.. ps: my question about the state is just for me personaly (sounds like egoistic, but it isnt that bad) because i come from europe.. and played on some american/asian servers and they lag due the igh ping..

do you will have an american host or an european ? so i dont need to wait anymore :D:handsdown:
