p server with spiritmaster skill working

i was just wondering can anyone give me link to a mid~high rate server with summon spell working because i look everywhere and i haven't found any
and some that claim the skill works is all talk
so im open to suggestions here guys

ya infinite aion has the biggest population and laziest devs >.> its so behind it only has 4 campaign quests and half the skills working :P

Ain't nice to direct bad advertise towards any server... just say if you have something better (what you have better not what others don't)
