Chinese retail

I am considering just playing chinese retail(buying the chinese verison of the game) since its in english for the most part anyways.
(I know updates and such would be in chinese)

Either way... Was wondering if there was a guide or anything on how to buy into the Chinese retail.


Any information would be great!

why? the closed/open beta is supposed to be may 22nd or something for euro/NA..

The realease is Q4 so i doubt a beta during May

There won't be a EU beta NCsoft said, there will be different events from weekend to weekend.. Invite only..

Preview events = just like a beta except they removed the word "beta" since the game is pretty much finished. So let people say it's a beta lol

And i think i saw Ayase writing that everyone should be able to test it somehow... so i doubt it's just "invite only" lol :P

Well, talked to some aion tech at GC08, and we needed to participate in an IRL event, to gain access to that..

err what? there is no english at all in the chinese client its only english because of the patch which will most likely stop working when it goes retail and gets upgraded to a newer version.

My girlfriend reads chinese anyways.. Would just get annoying asking her to translate everything.. So the Language really isnt a problem for me...

All that I was asking was how to pay.. if there was a guide to link me towards.
I already found out some info...

So far I heard there will be no box charge(like paying $50 for the game)
and that its going to be pay by the hour...

If anyone knows exact details.. like cost/hours and where on the website u can pay! Please post that.

If you are just here to say "Ohhh you shouldnt play that verison" Just stfu

Hi to all and sorry that am posting a threat that already exist but I create a new account and I log in the server in chinese and i see that all the old english patches they dont work after retail because the updater always change the language pak (enu) to chinese .
