If you download AionSpot from the site, there is a folder inside of the .rar file, called "Aion Patcher - Launcher". Read the ReadMe.txt inside of it.

Yes, works in the background and you can test it by yourself. Just download AionSpot and run it as a demo.
You can run as many clients as you want with 1 key, but only on one computer at the same time.
