this is code to fly freely and can breathe in water in all zones (Aion 2.7.0.x).
find all files about zone.xml like zones_110010000.xml and others (in folder ...\gameserver\data\static\zones).

sample code is in file zones_220030000.xml :

let me be clear again:

fly="true" breath="true"

Yeah.... you know what I mean, right? ^_^
simply enter the code <fly="true" breath="true"> in every line of code in all files zones.xml
