That's because ZeroN had some of the most skilled devs as staff others just copy pasted them.

Sharing tools would only be a mistake and a waste for all those devs who spent hours and hours to code them. This community doesn't appreciate anything.
I recommend to all devs to focus on something else in life and to use their skills for something more profitable. Using them on 9D is like trying to revive a dead horse. 9D is dead and it won't ever be "great again" even with latest KR files. It would not change a single thing.

Who got first custom/edited skills, items? (not gonna say dungeons, 'cause EoD had it first, PA was 2nd)
For years, they did nothing but stole GC content, and couldn't bring even 1 item by themselves.

Titan "introduced" advanced clans? Sorry that PA forum is closed, but I was the one who posted it for the very first time. And it was 2 years ago, while PA development.

#edit: it made me quite mad, so I had to do some fast research. All inside of Zeron/PA thread. Feel free to check the dates:

• Post about new skills. Unfortunately, video of that + custom NPC were removed from YouTube.
• Custom epithets.
• Post about CK def nuke fix. Actually we gave up on introducing it, because CK hyb was almost unplayable even with -80% CK def reduction.
• Custom items. Nothing more to say. We were the first ones to get it.

And now, the things that other servers did:

• Bullshit made by 9dPKWTF
• RedFox fail. Not even gotta post DAZIUNDA. That was laughable as fuck, though.
• Bullshit about me being biased towards 9DPK/9DWTF/9DS(hit). Feel free to think anything you want, I once told everything. You can look for it few pages further.
• Ely fail.

PA and Zeron had many problems, but, at least, they could bring anything NEW to the game. Waiting for others to do so. Titan was close (with my and Plastic's ideas), but, welp, nothing could be done.

What do you do with some special features, when they have 0 idea how to handle a server and a community?

-I don't disagree they had +1% content compared to other servers (tho they promised 10 times more btw), but it was unplayable boring shit.
9DS doesn't have too good content, but the manager is great, and made a viable server, with limited content, and if you ask me, his website tools are amazing.

-Both servers have ups and downs, but my opinion is that zeron was trash, just because they managed to get some new things around doesn't mean it was worth a minute playing on it (best example I could bring up is 9D chinese, which had customized everything, but it was worse to play than minesweeper).

-Ely won't even mention, it is/was a joke, as all mardu's projects.

Well, it's just your vision just from playing Zeron, I guess. I played since testing phase of PA. Of course, testing phase was truly shit, because community pushed us a bit, so we gave up on checks, thinking that players will help us with that. Actually, PA Phase 3 was (for me) actually way better than any other server. It lacked people, though, because we weren't the ones to set x150 rates.

9DS management is great? Well, it's your opinion and I won't change it. For me, it's even worse than Mardu's... nah, worse than Thai's. The only good thing I can think about 9DS was the idea with low dungeons dropping some useful items, but its rate on first patches were annoying.

We knew at some point we won't be able to keep up with server's popularity and wanted to merge with server having any potential. While PA, it was 9DPK. While we were at Zeron, it was Mardu with v43 files. Nothing good happened. They could've newer content anytime, actually. But owners were retards, not even trying to get content for, uhm, almost free? Zeron had enough profit to stay for a while, if that would be, anyhow, managed. And it was managed for 2 months, actually. And even without many events, we could keep up the community with us. Now 9DS is the last working server, yet they still have the same amount of players as Zeron had with (at least 3) competitive servers. 9DS had at that time, ~20 players online, instead of, at least, 60. I'm not sure that server was that well managed.

Not gonna brag anymore, just wanted to point out some facts. Actually, you are one of the people I still can tolerate there, because you, at least, have some arguments. Not like the guy that posted just after you.

At least it fixed clan warriors' balance, at least a bit, and same goes for other roles, as well. And it took years for your lovely 9DShit.

If all you can say about it is "Yawn", why did 9DS bring it, after all? That means it affects game.

Unfortunately, that's the very last server alive (except RF), and still can't decide whether RF is more playable, or 9DS. I have no time to bring PA once again.

PS. Even tried to test 9DS again, because I have nothing else to do. std::failbit ♥ turning DEP off, launching as admin, compatibility mode, changing hosts file manually - nothing. Not even 9DS wants me to say something good about it.

Were here's a list of what I know that was stolen by PA/ZeroN:

-Whisper/ working party/fl. As soon as PA had it, suddenly EoD, 9DPK and Elysium followed, eventhough they had been online for almost a year EoD even more without working whisper/fl/party.

-Win8,Win10 support. As soon as PA introduced their Win8/Win10 support with their own custom hackshield suddenly 9DPK and Elysium had win8/Win10 support aswell, they were online for years without win8/win10 support and only after PA made the step they copy pasted their files to allow the support.

-Working mobs in Kunlun West/East temple. ZeroN was the first 9D private server to have original Kunlun map and East/West map with original mobs, 9DPK and Ely had **** bugged for months. Only after ZeroN reveal suddenly their mobs got fixed.

- 9DPK accepting bitcoin payment only. After ZeroN showed this was the most secure way for server hosters suddenly 9DPK followed. They had been online for years and had a shitload of trouble with paypal and had to change domain and sites several times.

- +18/+19/+20 glow. ZeroN had it first, 9DPK followed shortly after copying their files.

- PA was the first to have custom skills.

These are just a few things that i've noticed from my side. The list goes even further though. But just wanted to guide misleaded people and show actual facts and this is why I think they had the most skilled staff in the 9d scene.

Well, true, Zeron did Win10 compatibility completely different way. Still, we got it first.

When it comes to custom ref effect, we had it modified for a while, but, not sure, but maybe really got in on live version earlier.

Unfortunately, you can't say that about anything else from my or Montana's list.

I miss some other servers, after all. I'd even play Elysium. Bad for most PC users, v43 files won't work, because of W10 Anniversary Update, so we're stuck with US files one more time.

Funny thing had happened to me today, though. I entered 9DShit server just to get whisper spam from ROtards and group of idiots, calling me "ape with down syndrome". Talk about friendly atmosphere on the server. Never happened on Zeron - true, it had little drama, like on any server, but it wasn't ONLY drama.

About exp - well. I went on RL to COF, outleveled it during 1 run. Seemed "funny".

tl;dr - wanna 100% drama, 0% content? Join 9DShit. Else, it's better to go for RedFox.
