You cant give it up if locked up while you used the 'Quest 2' option.
You can either carry on, or restart a new character.

I personally have had this quest freeze on me 2-3 times with the current 'Quest 2' option in 9disciple, and my diagnosis was that its buggy.
I also didn't carry on with those characters at that point; I restarted leaving all 'Quest 2' TAB options out.

if i cant give up the quest and im still playing with this char can i use the lvl 37 quest hack to lvl up ? Better to know now .. im just lvl 19 black clan

I don't know man, as I said above I didn't continue!
A true player would start again without being sloppy!
You don't know what else you could miss out on or find for future players by playing ahead with that quest locked!

The first quest you can do is 10 Years of Peace III, which you get as soon as you're level 10 or 11. It's on Quest 2 tab under 10 Years (3)

I wouldn't suggest the 'Quest 2' TAB quest of '10 Years (3)' for '10 Years of Peace III'.
As myself and others have mentioned above, it locks the quest up if it missteps.

I've used it with several characters haven't had any issue with it bugging/locking the quest. If there's any way to reproduce it, can you elaborate?

can someone pls post the quest ID and number of steps for Ten years of peace (III), so i can use in quest 1 mode?

and anyone knows if it is possible to hack the quest: tribute goods (IV), couse u get as reward a pill 4/1000 damage absorb into life.. and i really could use some of those...

I missed recording down the 'Tribute Goods (IV)' QID and steps.
I will be starting a new support character tomorrow, so I'll be sure to write it down this time.

Yes, you can just edit quests.xml in 9Disciple %dir, you can also find more quests to exploit, but be very careful as I have locked a couple up, and had to restart a few times already for newer quests.
I hope to upload my quests.xml for download soon as well.

Edit:
Just to clarify for the 'Ten years of peace (III)' quest in Quest(1) TAB, you must have the material needed in your bag for it to work.
e.g x255 Baby Girl Liquors and x255 Fried Pork = 255 recycles of the quest.
