get the launcher from the Viet 9d site. you will need that Fmod.dll file as well in the same folder. just run the launcher, it will go to update the game, and it will just dl the whole game and updates. takes a while, but its faster than other methods

there are two big buttons in the middle of the screen near the bottom of the main page. the left one has like a icon of a disk on it. thats the dl button for the launcher. get it

I'm a Vietnamese. I played on this server for 2 years since its Open Beta. This server has been full of hacks and botters (if you want those stuffs, try searching a little or pm me

) since the removal of GameGuard . And if you can read Vietnamese, I'll send you some articles to prove my point, or you can go to its official forum to see for yourself.

It's not a private server. Because of lacking players, they decided to increase the rate. Homepage:

i've actually translated and read a VERY recent article that they are implementing GG in one of the next few patches. one of the GM's i talked to, Trung, also told me they are patching with GG soon.
