Hi i made an account and i downloaded the game and installed it but when i try to run the game i get a message saying "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" i have reinstalled the game but i still get the same message. Do you have any idea what the problem is or how to solve it?
