Well, if you dont want the cast time hack why bother to comment. If its easy, try finding yourself. Not some cheat engine search can find it. It changes it address everytime you start the game. Its just that the back primary code doesnt change and only im able to do that. Well i'll take any offer for it.

A picture doesn't show anything as far as delay hack is concern. Make a video and upload it to youtube or something. And I believe it should say instant cast if you change it to 0, at least that's what my shows. And I've said this before, I had to change 2 addresses to get instant cast to work. I search for 2000 for the skill i want change it to 0 and add 4(16) to that address and also change it to 0. I use pointer scanner option in CE and save those addresses (just one really) and it points to the address everytime I start the game. That's all that I can help with, if anyone finds it helpful. I can't post any address cause it's different for everyone as it's NOT the base address, I have trouble finding base address.

03-09 are your friends for this. It's easy to find this "base" code ctrl + m is a wonderful friend. Besides it get's changed each start up so doesn't really matter.
