Why?
I don't understand why nobody is making a tournament server only, with hamachi (yes i know ping issues , but its not that bad, i remember Justin had 30 ping in my hamachi server which wasnt that bad, we could play tournaments without issues, it was actually fun) so why nobody is making an hamachi server just for that?

Really hamachi? We are now in 2020 pls.. no hamachi but an root Server maybe is possible yes

A root server would be a waste for a tournament based server, we are talking about people who has only 30mns of time to play per day or so, not looking for player base.

There is cheap Root Servers, if there is any body who wants to play really this tournament based server, then can they spend low €/$ to rent the root server. 5-10€ and you have an enough root server for this. Much better then a hamachi server. For an hamachi server the pc has to be online every time when the other peoples want to play and the owner isn’t online actually, you now what I mean?

Yea i knew that already, but occasional tournaments doesnt require a 24/7 up server
|

Lol this would be useless, not?
Example P4 has a challenge system for custom tournaments, bring your friends there and use the free starter items to kill eachother

The problem is not a root server, but the problem is that nobody can fix the Windows 10 problem, which is why hardly any servers come online.

hmmm i have win10 since 2016 or17 and ive always been able to play 4s without lags ๏︿๏ ...

Really, and I mean really, old graphics cards still have support for a feature that otherwise has to be emulated by software, which is no longer possible. That's probably why

Lol, it seems like the most people ignore problems like (expensive) DDoS protection or actually some unique content to get people on your server, grafics aren't everything. Tbh 4S looks pretty good for it's age and crappy engine.
B2T: Play P4 if you just want to play for some custom tournaments, or install a secondary W7 profile on your PC if you can't fix the W10 issue. And you can be pretty sure that a simple hosted Hamachi server with an old patch will attract all those people, who will use every known unfair advantages, (class) exploit or whatever.
