No progress with referrals, they still haven't leveled at all after 16 days. Kira hasn't been returning any messages either. I will have to leave this trade as Neutral or Negative until I get a reply.

My brother paid her to get 150 referrals for me, she's been ignoring me since I ordered from her last month on April 24
I messaged her many times asking if she will complete the referrals, she just ignore PM's, stays offline on skype and continues browsing epvp and trying to take more orders from the spanish forum she's doing trades on

Referalls weren't done on monday, and hasn't refunded my money as he said. =/ whenever the referalls will be ready i still think this deserves a negative.
