it says you can create your own items which i doubt. it says you can have unlimited buffs for unlimited time which MAY be possible due to the netlimiter hack... but i hate testing these things, anyone wanna be a guinea pig?

Its a scam.
Bugged Item Creator <- never worked
about the Unlimited Buffs, its fixed. I can upload the file
later if you want it anyways..
