New monk question.

I was leveling my panda monk today and was using the enlightenment buff. After an hour I though that I must re-arm it at the panda master @ the zen blabla temple. I wasn't able to do the quest for the buf. Is it a one-time buf or when van I use it again?

If I'm correct are you able to get that buff 4 times a day.

I'm not sure about how often, but I know that it's limited

I've read somewhere else that's a daily buf. Is that right?
