Say if you got to go afk from the game instead having to get deserter debuff if your hearthstone is ready to be used you can do auto un stuck and it will it hearth you out but not get deserter debuff.

In Deutsch:
Wenn du aus dem BG willst (und Ruhestein kein CD) hat... einfach "Automatisch Freisetzen" (Rotes Fragezeichen ;D). So wirst du nicht zum Desateur.

Basically, with this macro, you'll be able to leave a BG without the deserter debuff.
The macro:
/script AcceptBattlefieldPort(1, 1)
/script AcceptBattlefieldPort(1, 0)
You MUST enter the BG with the macro, or it won't work. So when the BG pops hit the macro, hit the macro again to leave the BG. Please note, it's kind of buggy and doesn't always work, I've found it works better when queing for one BG.
It also doesn't count you as a slot in the BG, while this means you...

1)Finde nen sicheren punkt
2)Drueck alt+F4, dein spiel geht aus
3)Log dich nach ~ 5 minuten wieder ein
4)Tipp /afk
5)Kein deserter
1) In the battleground find a safe spot.
2) Hit alt-f4 which will crash your game.
3) After 5 minutes log back in. (Note: Some say you need to wait longer)

No Deserter Buff

If you are in the Battlegrounds and are a Holy Priest, you can exit Battlegrounds without Deserter. You will need to have Spirit of Redemption on. To exit without Deserter, die. When in spirit form /afk out. You will get out without Deserter status and the small corpse run is more than worth it instead of a 15 minute Deserter.

Afk out of BG without Deserter buff

This is an exploit that makes the deserter debuff useless. Normally, if you afk out of a game you can't join another for 15min. For this to work you need to be a part of a group. Say your group is in the place where u can que and they are ready to que but you are in a game that isn't ending anytime soon. A person on the outside has to move the afker to group 7(BEFORE YOU AFK OUT). When in group 7 the person can afk out. Once out the group can que. If you did it right, no 15 min debuff(deserter).
