I do not take credit for this, my exploring friend just discovered this yesterday.

The text for each picture will be Under the picture, not over.
Start here and go left around the corner. Make sure you have a mage with you to come because he/she will need to sheep you later on.
Once there go into the corner.
Get wedged between the two walls and jump forward until you reach the top of the ledge.
Do the same in this corner and go all the way up, make sure your mage friend comes up too.
Once at the top duel your mage friend and jump down.
Once you're back on the ground go around the corner and into the high seat room.
Once in the high seat room go stand infront of this wall. This is where your mage friend will sheep you. Once you're sheeped you may go in and out of the wall, it'll take a few tries to get out of polymorph inside the hallway.
Congratulations, you are now inside Old Ironforge!
Start putting your alts in before they patch this way too!
