He wanted me to continue it, but basically since I'm done with WT here it is.
Also uploaded on his GitHub a while ago.
It's coded in java, you also need some PHP files (which you won't get, make them yourself).
What's left?
1. Not all packets are done (about 30% left)
2. No database included (you have to create your own structure)
3. The PHP files.
We're working on a C++ fork (that we might upload on GitHub later).
Any indication/advice you could give us or a way to contact you (saw that the Discord has been closed) ?

Since you mentioned the 2017 client should work. How do I set it up for localhost?
