Thats the most suitable place for this topic, or the delete button, it certainly doesnt belong in the Conquer private server section as it has no relation to conquer. Further this section isnt for buying/selling anything so the topic should have been deleted anyway.

So let me get this straight your selling this entire website for $20.

Which includes CometChat which at a minimum costs $49 and as far as im aware you dont hold a license to resell CometChat, so automatically this is illegal.

And i suppose you were hoping loads of people would buy it and you would just rake in money from the adverts which are placed on the page by yourself, and not from the host.

It just all seems abit suspicious to me.
