Seit geraumer Zeit guck ich immer wieder mal regelmässig an der Ultima X Odyssey Webseite vorbei. Da aber nirgends ein Beta Release zu lesen war hab ich mal bisschen nachgeforscht und hab gehört das der Beta Test im Spätsommer startet. Da ich allgemein ein grosser Ultima Online Spieler bin freue ich mich darauf riesig. Es wird wieder (positiv oder negativ... wie ihr wollt ) PVP kämpfe in Arenen und auf normalem Terrain. Das Spiel nutzt die Unreal 2 Modifizierte Engine die natürlich genial ist. (Lineage 2 nutzt sie ja auch). Auf der Offiziellen Website gibt es ein Render Cinematic Video sowie 2-3 Gameplay Movies. Man kann unter anderem Riesige Berge und Wälder erkennen -> Interaktive Welt. Sowie Screenshots und andere Extras. Vorbeischauen lohnt sich.

ne das is der anime wo gerade so in japan läuft, die sind halt bei 89 jetz,., jede woche kommt ein teil raus ^^

"Dear Ultima X: Odyssey community members,

As of today, development on Ultima X: Odyssey has ended. We feel that Ultima Online is where we need to focus our online efforts and most of my team will be moving to the UO expansion pack, the UO live team, and an unannounced Ultima Online project. Development on UO will be greatly enhanced as we consolidate our resources behind that franchise.

This isn't an easy decision but it?s the right move for the future of all things Ultima, including the community and the team. We look forward to sharing our plans for the future of Ultima Online very soon.

I would like to thank all of the Ultima X: Odyssey supporters who have been with us from the beginning. I hope you will continue to support the Ultima franchise and the development team as they transition to new projects.
