Last night the Los Angeles Police Department just raided the studio Robotoki which is run by ex-Call of Duty creative strategist Robert Bowling. This happened because of a life-sized statue of the game character Ghost who acts in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It overlooked the whole street and held a rifle. "Once they realized I wasn't a hostage, we spent the next 30 minutes talking about games and playing with our giant NES controller," Bowling said.
An upset employee pressed the panic button, which was installed the previous day, while he was calling the police. "One of our designers, who shall not be shamed, pressed it on his way out, because apparently when boys find buttons that they are unsure of, their first instinct is to push it.", he later said. As soon as the officers entered the room they realized that Bowling wasn't a hostage of Ghost. Robert was in his office when the police arrived, he saw them guns drawn coming up the stairs. They yelled him to put his hands up and walk towards them slowly, then took they took him into custody and out of the studio until they cleared the rest of the rooms and floors.
