Pokemon X & Y revealed Worldwide
Good news for the Pokemon fans
We are gonna have new Generation this year
That's right. Pokemon X and Pokemon Y has been revealed as the new installments for the franchise
The game features full 3D graphics, which the 3DS(which will be the console in which will be released) will improve with the 3D without glasses feature.
This new Pokemon will feature a new Region, yet to be revealed.
These games marks the VI Generation over the Pokemon Universe.
This game also is the first of the franchise to be revealed on the same day in all the World. This is also applies as it will be released to the public on October 2013, the same day on all regions(Japan, USA, Europe, Australia)

According J.C. Smith, The Pokémon Company’s International director of consumer marketing, this game will be a total overhaul over the pokemon franchise
He states that the last games are considered a reboot with updated details, while this time the game will be a total new experience

“This game has been a long time coming. Obviously, Game Freak wanted to make sure that when they created this new universe on the 3DS, that it looked fantastic; both in the polygonal style and also when people are able to see the 3D effects as well. It’s really exciting to see the Pokemon come to life a little more.
“They’re always working hard to make sure the games are as slick and polished as possible. But with the new expression of that game — they’ve had the DS for three generations of games now, so I’m sure it took some getting used to to fully utilize the 3DS. But even in this early stage of development, it’s looking really cool.”
“[Pokemon series producer and director Junichi] Masuda is still working on this project, and has been working on Pokemon games since the beginning. Moving to the new platform and having a new look and feel they decided that they wanted to pursue, just opened up their ideas to doing something a little different.”

as i have seen, 90%(me including) are excited with the new games, which are as epic as everyone wanted
I just hope they let us migrate pokemon and not like Gen II which was impossible to transfer to Gen III

yeah
only difference is that those are the Version mascots and now they have official names
Interesting that English names are out but their names in japanese is unknown(or is the same)
