Hello , i want to offer outcashing paysafecards.
I take all country pasysafe's and dont require pictures.
How i do the trade?
if i have desired amount of money , i send you money first and then you give me card.
If i do not have enough money , you give me card,i'll put money on my bank account after that and in following 8h ( If it is day ) or 16h ( if night time ) You will have money on your paypal account.
