50 euro German psc to paypal
Title,im a skin seller ( League of legends ) and one of my customers has 50e psc. I would like to exchange it for paypal.
Whoever you are,going first.
EXPECT if you have a psc to pp and many vouches.
Newbies dont brother to waste my time.
Payments will send as a gift,and you ll have to talk with me and my customer on skype first.

It's a normal fee, in addition i pay the paypal fees. Don't get scammed by those guys who may offer you even 1:1 or more  Keep in mind that you can easily charge back the money via paypal.

Well im not a random on what im doing. Im exchanger personal any psc expect German's with my method. Im not a random and wont get scammed ,no worries. If my German exchanger can not do it tomorrow,i may come back to you.
