Whenever I use windows 8.1 I crash in various games but when I use windows 8 I don't can someone tell me why is that?

You should give us more information system specs (GPU and driver version at least), a list of the games that won't work correctly on Windows 8.1 and other issues that may be or may have occured, especially during the installation process (upgrade to 8.1).
