Problem mit Black Ops Instalation

Ich habe mir Call of Duty black Ops gekauft nun habe ich beim Instalieren ein Problem

Der Acc von dem Steam Ding der erstellt werden sollte braucht jezt schon ne Halbe Stunde und es verändert sich nichts was soll ich tun ?

Funzt irgwie nicht hatte es installiert aber pc dann aufgehangen etc ^^
