1st, theres no way to simulate 0x33 server. I've been testing with it, first of all, i've made same thing u ppl talking, i've written one valid reply from server to one of my servers,
it is, just hex edit your sm.dll if u wanna try, change values from "68.6.119.169" to "80.231.131.150". (Both using port 8080)
This dun explain why its not possible, cos each time http request is sent from sro_client.exe (injected sm.dll) all PHP url variables are changed instead of user and password, even client local port is incremented by 1 each time it is launched. So, by a really simple algorithm, the valid http request i've set up at that server would not be valid.
The true fact is that sm.dll retrieves a login error if u modify 0x33 server from there, not just at launching, it does when retrieving the http request. How i know that? I've developed a proxy for sm, its able to retrieve exact all content, just acting like a proxy, (its also able to packet edit login info). And it dont work, why? cos the reply from the http request was not from 68.6.119.169. (that app even uses same client local port).
You can try that app, its located
. It comes with source code in vb6, u only need to hex edit ur sm.dll to edit ip 68.6.119.169 to ur proxy ip. (cannot be one self) There are 2 of that ip's written there.
