my friends account has been robbed last night ...
he was dumm enough to send the fake gm he's user name \ pass \ q\a

can any1 tell me if there is anything i can do if know the id & q\a even though the email has been changed?

Only way is for him to get his account back is through his secret question.. Get him to go to the silkroad site and retrieve his account via the secret question.. If he does not have the answer then he is screwed!!!

Nope u can't do anything. The sro support sucks in this case. they won't give u the new email ady even if u know the ID and without the email ady pluged to the ID u can't change ur password.
