A full page of elixirs, and the max I got was +3. Am I unlucky or what? Is this normal? I mean, I did use Lucky Powders, and I couldn't even get +2 -.-

buy premium and you will solve your probelm ^^
seriously that's normal if you dont have premium so you can ask some friend that have premium to do it or try more until you get it +4-+5 but its hard

Wasted once 200 Acc. elixirs and made only once +4 on last tear earrings .. sometimes you are just unlucky, either let someone with Prem try, or spare your elixirs for another day ..

it depends on item
on one 85 axes it went straight to +5 no fails in a row
then with lucky to +6 and fail on +7 with lucky
then, after 20 mins straight to +5, with lucky to +6 and fail again with lucky on +7
so its 100% item

I often succeed to +3 at least without failing. Find a spot with less lag and try there.

I've tried it before, didn't really worked. Now I tried in Samarkand, in an Hidden Spot, and got to +5... after trying to +6, failed and got a red ._.

It depends on the item it self, if you gave attention in the 60~70 cap some forum mods/gms said that the item it self got a percent of lucky not related to the lucky powder/stone/premuim, so if you got a hard typed item, just replace it by another one and test it...
