Overall bow light/fire is best. It does pretty good in PvE, and PvP. It also has good speed, attack and defense.

i would go pure int s/s, tanking ability is great, adding division, bleed, stun, dull, impotent, etc etc, are just amazing, high dmg dealing, status, tanking, whats better?

Hmm hard to decide since all of them are great somehow. Bowers do great on 100 cap, Pach100fire100Light80Ice20 is good for everything. Bladers are lvling very slow but they are great on Pvp. I have a weakness for SS Nukers somehow, especially Firenukers are cool somehow ^_^
