some kind of event-join tickets.
i have no idea what those cards are for...
you just right-click them, and agree that you want to be registered on the event, and that's all.
i used about 5 of them and i haven't figured out what they are yet :/

Strange Joymax creates items we dont even know what they work for.

I'm not 100% certain but I think they let you register for capture the flag when you're not in town and also teleport you to the capture the flag event when you're not in town.

Unless after the event you get teleported back to the spot you used the ticket
