Ontopic: You need to work out the Mag % of the bard + your magical balance.
For this you need int and mp on all your set and accesories.

my bard hits 15-18k on antelopes at level 85 with just a +5 i don't know what you have done with yours but something does not sound right, can you post your int/str and mag/phy balance stats for me please.

I wanted to ask for that too^^. From what I can remember he bought the wizard and it's hibrid lol. That's why he hits so low.
Anyway you should really make your mag balance go up or you're screwed.

I have a a bard/warlock lvl 83 i have an SOM +5 harp blued up pretty well...my girl may have a glass jaw, but if your not fast she'll burn most other builds BAD. The magical damage of a pure int bard with a good harp does rival most wizzards, the stats are pretty matched, buffed up she is a real handful, and she is a wizzard terminating specialist.
So, now that you've raised the question i will have to see what kind of damage she can do to an ong party.
(ADDED: OK I CHECKED....20,950 on any of the Ongs, i cannot 1 shot the task varietys)

And i am amused by the comments here by a few posters conscerning bards. I guess they've never PVP'd a Bard Nuker.
The primary advantage of the bard in fighting is speed and wide area affects...i have been told by other players they can't beleive how fast attacks come off the harp. you can actually kill a rogue mid attack as they uncloak...I love em
To your question....more magical damage on your harp. my SOM +5 is going to have a higher attack than an 85 +5 make sure you have pluses on your int too.

1st : the best char farming @ ongs is the Bard (subbed cleric would be ****** good)
fastest hit , with nice damage , simultaneous attack 5 mobs [ 2 skills ] another one with 3 i guess too , lol that char can ks a [GM] lol jokin

no doubt your damage is ****** low , try to add str int [mp ,hp if u need] to your set , also pimp your weapon mate , i guess also your char is hybrid :S
