Since the new 11th degree started in ksro, i wanted to have these cool new stuff in isro too.
I decided to import the files in isro and to make this guide, so everyone can enjoy the new degree too even without playing ksro.
This guide will show u how to import the required files into the pk2 files and how to change the 3rd tier of 10th degree to 11th degree.
I basically made this guide for isro but it should work for private servers too.
